It seems like this guy was trying to take advantage of my urgent need for hot water and unfairly charge me more than what the market price is.

When our hot water system broke down, Alex installed a temporary system so that we could have hot water until the new one arrived a couple of days later. As promised Alex was here with the new heater on time at 0800 the next day. This was definitely above and beyond the call of duty but seemed to be quite the natural thing for Alex. The installation was completed quickly, neatly and looks very professional. Their professionalism and courtesy values were totally in line with the values continuum, Many thanks to Elexa.
