I DO NOT RECOMMEND ELGAS! I have TWO gas bottles and on Saturday ordered TWO as we had completely run out. We ordered two at 7.46am on Saturday morning! They said it would take UP TO 3 working days. 5 days of freezing cold showers, no washing up, and no cooking on the gas top and we STILL have not received our gas. Not one! THEN when I call up the company ELGAS they tell me because I only ordered ONE (I ordered TWO and wrote that it was urgent); my order was pushed back and even though our normal delivery day was TODAY I STILL would not be receiving it as they are "BUSY". What an absolute joke! Then when I ask to speak to a manager (ANY manager would be fine) their line is apparently engaged. I am NOT a happy customer and not only do I expect a discount but I will be looking elsewhere for "service". They also 'kindly' offered me the option to PAY EXTRA and order it for tomorrow. Are they kidding me! I now have the number for the Ombudsman. It would help if a manager would call me so I could TRY to resolve the issue through them first. Very disappointed in this company. Cold showers and out for dinner AGAIN tonight (with 4 boys!).
