I recently had my trailer repaired here to find that the parts I paid for were clearly previously used. I stopped in early befor work to find a very unhappy employee willing to spill his guts. "Firstly" he said "it is company policy to recycle all parts from jobs done." He then went on to say " the boss even gets stollen parts and tools from this guy who worked here, some jail bird who did a stint for arson." I replied "hasnt this company been around for over 20 years?" "NOPE" he said. I said " the website said over 20 years experience, I'm sure it did. In a fit of laughter he said " the place is run by apprentices not a single qualified person in the place. Confused I said "what about the boss?" "Ha he is a cripple, broken back or something". After our discussion and an hour of waiting I left wondering am I driving with stolen goods and what the heck did I pay for.
