Was greeted by the Franchise owner.
She was very lovely.
Met my therapist and she was also very lovely.
It was huge room.
I got taken to the room and slid underneath the towels.
The massage in the facial was superb and the facial was simply divine.

On a side note:
I've read complaints about this Ella Bache charging people for not showing to their appointments. People have to look at it from their point of view. They have to hire staff to do your treatment. They are trained beauty therapist and get paid and are standing around doing nothing. On top of that they have to pay rent for their salon. So please consider other people's time as well.

I booked my appointment online and my appointment was confirmed via email within the day.

As I was new to the store and new to the treatment (microdermabrasion) I assumed I would receive a brief skin consultation but we went straight into the treatment instead. The treatment process and benefits were explained to me and the treatment itself was fine. I probably wouldnt go back for this particular treatment but I would return for another.

The staff seemed to be friendly enough and the store was welcoming.
