I had a facial at Ella Rouge, and it burnt my skin completely. I had told the skin care lady that I was sensitive to particular ingredients, yet she said that she was sure that the moisturizer would work on me (even though I told her that it would not). My skin was burnt and I had marks on my face for weeks. These people are not professional; do not get facials here.

The girls at Ella Rouge in Burwood are always police and curteous. On my most recent visit to the store, their EFTPOS machine did not work and they needed to try to swipe my card a number of times. They asked me to pay in cash, but I didn't have any cash on my at the time so it was quite annoying. I went there for an eyebrow wax.

I bought a $999 combo pack with them last July and i am still using it till now.
Sometimes i would go every fortnight and sometimes even once a month. The treatments they give you is really good and relaxing and it really does help. I would definitely go back there again. At the same time it is pricey but once again i have to say it is worth it.
