Good pricing and products, pleasant people to deal with, rubbish after sales service. The controller of a ducted Fujitsu airconditioner failed within warranty period. Manufacturers warranty does not cover ducting or controller faults so dependant on installer. Despite repeated attempts with Elliot, they would not attend to repair so had to resort to another installer to repair at my own expense. I could pursue through small claims, but can't be bothered. However I am definatly irked enough to post this feedback. Sorry Elliott Air Conditioning, not good enough!
