if I could give 1 star review or less I would.

My product was posted later than I ordered it and broken into pieces with very poor packaging it had no support what so ever.

When I emailed about this and sent an image I was given NO APOLOGY but thankfully another tracking number was sent out and another product was on the way.

Once arrived the box was from a completely different store with different store logos and when the product was taken out it had large markings that looked like big paint stains. This is not what I ordered and not what the image online looked like or had in its description.

I wrote back to the store asking for a refund they wanted me to post the item back which I agree is fair however the postage would of cost me the price of the item or a little higher so I requested the store to pay the postage fee. The store advised they would not pay the fee if I had a change of mind. I did not have a change of mind the description and image is very misleading to what the product is and I believe they may of purchased the product from another store hence the packaging i received.

This was very poor service and I would not recommend people buy from this store. And if I’m at a loss of money then I would at least hope my honest review would help others when thinking of buying from here.
