We have found the staff of Eltham Playhouse so warm and nurturing towards the children and our son enjoys the craft choices, stories, cooking, outdoor play. I'm continuously impressed of the weekly themes and new activities. We will be sad to leave for kinder next year. Eltham playhouse has set high expectations. This is a great little occasional care center nestled in Eltham. There are limited places available so it can be difficult to get in to, but once you are in it is fantastic. The staff are friendly, the activities stimulating and fun, there is shared fruit time and there is a strong community feel. Indoors is well equipped and there is an outside area as well. Fees are excellent and there is a payment plan available. Prefer this over a conventional long day care center though the shorter hours may not suit everyone.
