Each time I go in there, the store looks new and inviting. They have great stuff and I just love how friendly it is. I have bought heaps of presents and they make sure we are always happy with what we do. I even love how eveything is gift wrapped in their bags! My first place to shop.

I bought a bag here over 18 months ago and recently broke it. Even though this it's not their problem they have bent over backwards to go get it repaired for me and only charged me the repair price. Not all the running around and time it took. The girls in there are so friendly and take time to make sure you are happy with your purchases. Thanks again. Will definitely be back.

I have been in this store heaps and have found each of the girls that work there very helpful and very nice. They have amazing products and service.

My stepfather bought a bag as a gift for me at Elusive Style for Christmas. He was keen to thank me for taking care of him since my mother died last year. He suffers from dementia and thought the bag had been stolen - he misplaced it... As he was desperate he went back to buy another one - more expensive this time as they did not have the same bag. After Christmas when I'd heard the story I explained to Elusive Style what had happened. They remembered him, but would only offer store credit on the more expensive bag. I'd already used the other bag so we couldn't return that. I think it shows a complete lack of compassion to offer a bereaved male old-aged war veteran pensioner who suffers from dementia and hallucinations store credit to a ladies accessory store. Especially when I'd explained his circumstances. When I tried to discuss this with the shop owner she talked over me the whole time, at which point I got upset and she withdrew even the store credit offer. Shame on you, Elusive Style. I would never set foot in your store after the shoddy treatment you gave my stepfather.
