I had carpets dry cleaned for the whole house - 3 bedrooms, lounge, living, sitting, study. Matthew was very polite, and did a great job. He did one round of vacuuming first before doing the dry clean. I am also heavily pregnant, and he helped me move some furnitures out of the way so he can cover more areas with the dry cleaner.
