It was a weekend outing on the iconic Puffing Billy and we stopped at Emerald for walk around near the lake and have our lunch.
We were pleased to see there was a cafe/kiosk situated in the park so we can get some cold drinks and ice creams
we had to wait for a while in the queue as like minded train travellers had some idea in mind
there were hot food options and sandwiches, cold drinks, coffees etc
there was some seating inside and outside too

The lake view sounds wonderful near the cafe, but the length of the line sounds quite time consuming. Were the prices alright? If they were I might visit this place to see how it is in person.
