I waited for 2 hours to be seen had waited one of patients had a booking three hours a go was running late turned up was seen before me will never attended this place again l went there for high Blood pressure and migran and it made it worse going there l will never return here

Long time patients here, and very happy with them. Great experiences with medical staff, and reception staff are always courteous and helpful. I see Drs Johnston or Wong, currently Dr Wong mostly, and find both of them to be good listeners and pretty well spot on with their diagnoses. I have seen other GPs here as well, and have been happy with all.

I see Ruth Johnston at this clinic and find her to be an above-average GP. She's quick to diagnose, thorough in her treatment and does not rush through the appointment. She's very thorough also with explaining your problem, how to deal with it and how to deal with any medications, further treatment, etc, which may be necessary. She has a great sense of humour, listens well and has a caring attitude. Unfortunately some of the other GPs in the clinic are a little hit and miss, some are just dreadful. I have seen Dr Wong and Dr Somers when Dr Johnston has not been available (she is often heavily booked) and they seem fine but a couple of the other doctors are fairly woeful. Receptionists are efficient but not high on the friendly factor. Overall I would recommend the clinic but as mentioned, pick and choose with the doctors.
