My hairdresser David was very welcoming and made feel right away that he would look after my hair well. He spent a lot of time cutting my hair the way I wanted and seemed to do detailed work. I thought he didn't have a fantastic sense of styling but it was good value for the above budget price. He also owns a cafe across the road and it was nice to have a sample of a bakery item from there while my hair was being done.

each visit I have had with Emphasis has exceded my expectations regarding, quality, service and value. The staff are warm, genuine and deliver knowledgable and professionla advice. I would and have recommended their services to friends and family. They also have an espresso machine on site which is an added luxury

The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. I went on a Thursday evening. On walking in, I was offered tea, coffee or wine !

The music is great, which adds to the vibe.
