The decision to use Empire Bathrooms for my renovation was the best one I could have made.
After many months of searching for a reputable and professional company it was such a relief to be able to put all of the design and planning into Enzo’s hands.
From the very beginning I was impressed- Quotes were delivered on time and were extremely reasonable and competitive.
A schedule of works and payments was emailed immediately and I was in no doubt as to what I would be paying for and when. It was a very comprehensive list covering every eventuality that might arise.
The job was started exactly on time on the date agreed and was finished ahead of schedule thanks to professional tradespeople working to a well organised schedule co-ordinated by Enzo. At every stage of the job he was available to discuss issues arising and to solve any concerns or problems quickly and professionally.
At no stage was I made to feel that my questions were insignificant or trivial. I felt that every concern I had was calmly and quickly addressed.
During the job every tradesperson involved cleaned up after themselves and after the work was finished all rubbish was removed from the site. A very tidy job.
I am now recommending Empire Bathrooms to all of my friends who need bathroom renovations done by a professional , licensed team. They deliver what they promise, on time and on budget.

Empire bathrooms recently renovated our bathroom. To our delight they were efficient, reliable , on time and delivered on everything they promised and more. Empire Bathrooms renovated two of our bathrooms. From start to finish it was an incredibly professional job. We were kept up to date daily with progress and knew what to expect each day eg who would be arriving, what time etc. All the trades who were involved in the renovation were incredibly professional and also very considerate. They recognised that there were people living in the home and treated it with respect. Any issues that arose during the process were dealt with immediately. We are so happy with our completed bathrooms. They look fantastic. I would highly recommend this company and intend to use them for further work in the future.

Empire Bathrooms did our new bathroom in November 2012. We chose them solely on the basis of these excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. Michael and his team did a wonderful job. They were always on time and always turned up on the days they promised. They completed our bathroom on time and did everything we asked. We actually opted for an unusual shelf style vanity made by Minosa. This involved fixing a bracket into the wall before the rendering and tiling. Mike took the time to carefully listen to what we wanted and how we thought it should all fit together. He then did a beautiful job. During the reno he was also kind enough to go out of his way to fix a couple of other taps in the house. I would highly recommend Empire Bathrooms.

We engaged Empire Bathrooms after doing some research online and never regretted it. The guys were great! The renovation was carried out professionally and in a friendly manner. There were no problems with communication and all our calls and queries were answered and addressed promptly. All the work was done either according to or even ahead of schedule. And this is despite challenges faced in renovating a unit with strict Body Corporate regulations. We definitely recommend Empire Bathroom!

From the first to the last call, Empire bathrooms were nothing but helpful, friendly and fast. We received a super fast detailed quote including optional extras that Mike thought would enhance our design (which turned out to be some of our greatest features!!!). The three other companies that we made contact with were nowhere near this standard. Absolutely everything was upfront, no hidden costs or surprises along the way. Mike and Enzo have amazing tilers who did such a perfect job. and shower screen suppliers too! We looove our new bathroom. Mike and Enzo took care of everything including leaving the house clean every day before they left. I felt very relaxed and comfortable with them being in my home. Bathroom was completed by deadline, which was super important with a baby due in a few weeks. Am definitely an advocate for Empire design and would not hesitate in recommending their service if you want quality workmanship, on time completion, and honest financials. Thanks guys!

Empire Bathrooms completed our two bathrooms a year ago and we are still wrapt with the work they did. They listened to what we wanted, directed us to great suppliers (where we got great service because of Empire) and got back to us quickly with quotes etc. They were on time, got the work done with no fuss and the finished product was just what we wanted. They also worked really well around other tradespeople we had in the house at the time. We definitely recommend them!

We would highly recommend Empire Bathrooms for your bathroom Reno's. They were great to deal with, allowing us to discuss our ideas and provide us with quality advice, easy to talk to, even if we did change our minds a few times but they have done the most amazing job with our bathroom. they completed the job quickly but with the best quality of products and workmanship.
