Embarking on getting solar panels was quite a harrowing experience as there are so many providers out there. I've got many quotes from providers where most did not make site visits as they advised that the satellite image from Google Maps would be sufficient to based the quote by and where to install the solar panels.

Empower solar Perth sent a sales consultant Kimba to provide all information regarding installation of solar panels and answer any queries which was fantastic. Kimba answered all my queries and helped me to understand the whole process of the solar panel installation. I engaged Empower solar Perth to install my solar panels and the whole process from start to finish was impeccable.

They dealt with Western Power regarding change of meter. Text message to inform on each stage of the process. On installation day, I had Tristan and Aaron that installed the solar panels. Best installers by far as they were friendly, thorough and professional in what they do. They cleaned after the job and also helped replace a broken tile left by another electrician from a recent roller shutter installation.

This is a how a business should be run. Great customer service and also confident that there are great after sale service which a lot business lacks out there. There are a lot of cheap solar panels installation being offered out there; however remember if you do need after sales service, will they be there to support you in your time of need!

I had a smart meter installed additionally to my solar that I got elsewhere. These guys from their sales team to their tech guys are honest and well priced. The tech found some issues with the wiring in my switch board (previous owners) and fixed it. I've had a few electricians come in and not even blink an eye to say there was anything wrong so I can really appreciate an good electrician who does the right thing. Thanks Mike and Josh.

Thanks for ESP team, especially Michael Wang, who is fully deserved to be given a 5-star medal. Today ESP arrange two boys (Hopa and another one) to install our solar HWS and it just took 2.5 hours all done, very tidy and clear steps from beginning to the end. After reading all the experiences others have been through with installing solar, I am getting very cautious. Got several quotes and comparing and also looking at their advertisement, decided to go with ESP on my 6.66KW system.
Installation was a breeze. All work done in a neat and systematic way and everyone knows their duties. The certified electrician explain to me how the system works. Workplace was cleaned and all rubbish carted away.

Hassle free installation and buying process. Information regarding the solar panels and layout planning given prior to final agreement. LOOK NO FURTHER!

I was initially looking at the iStore HWS - the pricing post the STC rebate were coming in just under $3k through a plumber and also having to source my own electrician drove the price up.
Feeling put off I started to look at Solar upgrade due to already having a system for 11 years and zero bills I wanted to maintain my bills at a low on no cost, due to the higher feed in tariff ending.

I came across several options and I can tell you some of them are very pushy to sell their products over the phone, being a bit old school I wanted a more professional approach for my custom, I then found that Empower Solar had the package for me with the 6.6kW System and the 180L iStore, the price was amazing and everything included.

Very professional sales rep, no pressure to sign up - explained everything. Logan is very knowledgable, his approach was on point - he’s a credit to your establishment. I’ll be in touch again once the rebates are available for the batteries.

On the day of install everything went like clockwork, Mike and Jake were a pleasure to have on site - even answering a few more questions during the install, plumbers and commissioning electricians all notified me of their attendance prior to showing up.

Can’t ask for more to be honest!

They even removed my old system which gave me the chance to ‘Pay it Forward’ to a family that couldn’t afford to get solar.

Derek was very professional with his work, he did mentioned to relocate two of the roof vents/ cowling to maximise solar output to prevent shading over the panels.
