James Cole built Empowering Meditations as a side project to his life coaching and hypnotherapy services. In the second half of 2017, it became its very own identity when he determined he wanted to focus greater attention on this area since it was more attuned to his life's passion.
Within a very short time, the Empowering Meditations podcast has already earned a worldwide audience of individuals wishing to better their lives using meditation. There has also been a lot of interest in the live meditation groups that James holds weekly.
James' passion for meditation began after being introduced in high school and soon turned into a daily part of life. After school, he pursued a successful career in filmmaking for twenty years, all the time learning as much knowledge as possible on psychology, neuroscience, consciousness, religion, spirituality, mind hacking, and generally what makes us tick.
James ultimately left his career, disillusioned by the industry and after much soul-seeking, he decided to follow his true passion for understanding consciousness and followed a path of recognised study, gaining qualifications as a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Advanced Matrix Therapies, Advanced Hypnosis, and Advanced Life Coaching.
Uniting all this practical knowledge with his life passion for meditation and consciousness, James now creates genuinely powerful meditative experiences, that people can utilize to empower their lives. He offers a free podcast with regular new guided meditations along with running live relaxation meditation groups and workshops to provide individuals with the methods for personal empowerment.
