Fantastic museum with a wide variety of exhibits. The colonial era prison cells, exercise yard, court and dock are amazing, just like stepping back in time. The entry price is $2!

Approximate cost: $2

The Endeavour Museum is encased in what was once the Wollombi Courthouse build in about 1866. The cells and holding yards are still in tact and worth exploring. The collection contains a rich sample of the local and Australian colonial past.

The collection includes a variety of industrial, agricultural and mining artifacts as well as clothing, toys, crafts and antique furniture. Most things are clearly labeled, other items have their own stories to tell. There are many photos also to have a browse through which give you a real sense of the "olden days"

The museum offers a unique glimpse into a time past and is well worth the $2 entrance fee.

Souvenirs, walking maps, local and family history books are also available for purchase.

Approximate cost: $2 Adults
