I had the pleasure of taking my daughter to Endota at Lorne for some special mother-daughter pampering in a double room. The staff were very helpful & friendly & made us feel special from the moment we arrived. The products were lovely & we left feeling relaxed & invigorated. I would highly recommend the salon - we are certainly looking forward to our next visit!

I received the 'Be all end all' treatment at Endota, I found to be amazingly relaxing and all the staff were such a bunch of lovely girls which made my experience all the better! I would would highly recommend this spa to any others travelling to Lorne. Worth the trip!

What a terrible experience, I booked as a surprise for a friend tge booking was cancelled by venue as the staff we're running late, we re-booked for the following day with no compensation for the inconvenience and then the treatment itself was disappointing. Will never go back

Myself and a group of friends booked in for a Hen's Weekend in February and between the 6 of us spent over $1500 in Treatments. Not one of us received what we booked or had a great experience and for an average of $250 anyone would have high expectations..... We have since emailed feedback to Endota who preceded to blame us for not understanding what we services we were had booked.. They have taken no responsibility for the service or experience they gave, they also did not have the appropriate equipment for one of the booked treatments, which was a pre-natal massage... . I would definitely NOT recommend this ENDOTA SPA in Lorne to anyone traveling to Lorne if you want to have a relaxing time. We have still yet to have received any further correspondence from Endota Management at Lorne responding to our further feedback after their initial response.
