I hate the way they send people to your door to ask about your bill. And at dinner time. Go away you annoy me. They push and push and push and its quite intimidating, even if they are cheaper i wouldnt use them purely because they push me too far
I called Energywatch as I have seen their ads on TV, to obtain a recommendation for a cheaper energy company. They recommended an electricity supplier, which was "the best" for my area. I then visited another comparison website and spoke to yet another and they suggested a electricity retailer that was much cheaper than the one Energywatch recommended. The retailer Energywatch recommended was a larger company, but their prices were rated #23 out of 30 other plans. Energywatch also receives commission from the retailers they recommend unlike the other ones. I would not recommend using Energywatch.
Energy watch canvassed me by phone. I was not looking for another supplier. They told me there would be no early termionation fee on my contract with current supplier, and when I got the bill and found there was I asked Energy Watch to refund that money, and that was months ago. They are making excuses and dragging on about computer issues, and they need to check the phone records as to what i was told. I would not recommend them.
