Was very disappointed with the quatlity of this store, the employees weren't very useful, there were filthy felines walking around everywhere, the place stunk of filth, very unorganised, very dirty. I purchased a rabbit only 2 days ago and it had a fit and died in my arms. Not a happy costumer at all.

All staff are extremely helpful @ patient. No matter how busy they are they are always happy to answer questions. If they don't know the answer they will ask another staff member or the boss. It is such a pleasure to shop there because they are fast, efficient, friendly and they have the best prices in Sydney on quality products.
They help load your car too. It is well worth the drive.

I am more than impressed with this small business (and so are my rabbits!) I placed an order online and received my delivery the very next day.

I have been here a couple of times to buy chicks and chicken food. The chicks were healthy and the staff were helpful in getting us set up. They even help you take your items to your car - definitely old fashioned customer service!
Some products are cheaper online - I buy my chicken feed online and select pick up at the store.

Staff are so helpful and their stuff are so cheap compare to all the shops in the market. Quality items as well and good quality for the cheap price!

Friendly service, amazing shop. It's like stepping back in time to the 1950s to an old produce supplier. I bought birds here which were incredibly cheap and healthy compared to similar birds elsewhere. The shop also sells feeders, seeds, bedding, cages etc

We got baby chicks from here and they were really healthy and cheap, and the food, supplies and everything were just what we needed. They provided us with great advice and knew what they were doing.
