Where do I begin Ive been a loyal client, for years, loved the "OKAY" Blowdrys/ Curls that their apprentice stylist gave me...AMAZING..SOMETIMES Last year I wanted a specific colour done, like a charlies angels SEXY, BRUNETTE GLOW AMAZING COLOUR, i went through a full examination and consultation, choose the exact coloure etc.... BAM! BIG BIG BIG SHOCKER. Was EXTREMELY DEVASTATING, Wrong colour, I was bought to TEARS by the apprentice who said it looked amazing when really it did not. I had spent over $100 for a bad job, that they even had the nerve to not even ask if they wanted To fix it or not. Thank god I got it fixed somewhere else. :) I believe true hairdressers know what clients want, and can achieve it for the price standard.. NEVER GOING BACK.

Have had my hair coloured and cut here for the past two years and it has been fantastic. Michael is an excellent hairdresser.

I went to this salon to have foils a few months ago , they ended up turning an orange colour , and the hair stylist seemed to be very unsure as to what they were doing. I am still not happy with how my hair turned out , and i now have to go to another salon to have them fixed. over 100 dollars down the drain :(
