I completed my Cert IV in Training & Assessment through Enrich Training in 2011 and it was one of the best education/training experiences I've ever had. Helen was just wonderful as a facilitator, and I always felt like I had the support I needed to complete the course (a day a week for 8 weeks). Class sizes are kept small and we had a great group of 9 people from a range of different industries, which was great for understanding a variety of training scenarios. After completing the qualification, I'm feeling much more confident in my ability to train others and design learning programs, and have a better idea of how to apply these skills in my career. Enrich Training also runs some management and small business courses.
