Terrible service. I ordered a scrub top with came with marks all over it - The lady was very helpful and offered to send me a new top, I also ordered scrub pants which were the wrong size. The lady was very helpful in letting me return these for an exchange at no cost. It has now been over2 weeks since the pants were sent back for an exchange which is when I should have also been refunded for the faulty top. I sent multiple emials asking for an update and had not heard back. I decided to call the shop yesterday, the lady hat answered the phone was very rude considering the situation. She informed me they had not received the pants yet Australia post had informed me they have been received. The lady on the phone said she would chase it up and give me a refund immediately. It has now been 2 days and i still have not received my refund or the exchange of pants. Very frustrating as I am a healthcare worker and don't have time to be chasing these things up.

they have wide range of nursing books, equipment and appliances...even if you are not nurse, you might use some of their items like: blood pressure monitor, glucometer, scissors, pens, etc...all these items are of very reasonable prices and they also come in funky colours : pink, purple, blue, green, etc, so their scisssors are not only sharp but also come in lovely rainbow colour... i have quite few of their items and am more than happy...
