DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I am from the North Coast NSW we had a barrier installed worth $5000.00 that they guaranteed would do the job. Not so, The barrier itself was installed poorly, we now know the job was not sufficient to stop the termites. Even though they sprout their is a warranty is does not cover any damage done to your house, We have since had repeated termite activity which we found ourselves. They did come out when we found activity and more damage and drill holes in my house ensued. We have finally lost all hope and have started using a local company that has been around for many years. They have provided us with a strategy that we are very happy with and that did not involve us having to fork out thousands of dollars. Be very wary of the advice given by this Company.

We use this company for our termite protection. They come out once a year and do a full inspection at a very good price and once every three years top up our system. They are always helpful and friendly and the fact that they call up when we are due for a check up is great for me.
