Went on a Tuesday night, I was rushed through hair washed dried and styled in half an hour!! While I was having my cut they were closing around me. The stylist made me feel very uncomfortable as she talked and talked and obviously didn't listen or look at what she was doing as it was the worst haircut I have ever had with chunks missing. I had to go to another hairdressers to get corrected. The stylist didn't even finish it as I asked. I went in feeling ok about my hair an walked out with my hair under a hood feelin awful!! I would never go back or even trust them to sort their mistake, disgusting service, disgusting hygiene in the back part of the store and awful skill. Would not suggest this place to anyone!! Awful place

Well I remember quite some time ago I went to this salon expecting great things, but was very disillusioned on my visit - all the hype and hoo haa I thought it was going to be sensational - but for me being an older woman, I found I didn't seem to fit in - I was left with a hairdresser who actually butchered all my hair off, the worst hairstyle and most expensive I ever had - but certainly I wasn't made to feel welcome at all.

If you are one of those people who are really nervous about people doing your hair and worry if they will do it correctly then this is the place for you. I have been going to Envision for over three years now and won't let anybody else do my hair. Troy and the girls at Envision in Strathpine are fantastic. From the cut and colour I go in for regularly to styling me, bridesmaids and family on our wedding day they can do anything. It is a friendly environment and everybody is welcome. They work their magic and have reward program for regular clients which is an added bonus. It is no wonder that they win the business achievers award year in and year out. I recommend them to all my friends and now they are all hooked also. You will definately be the envy of your friends once you start visiting Envision. P.s - my husband is a regular for his men's cut and he's a fan too.

My experience at Envision has always been awesome. I go in feeling like a dag and know that Troy will work his magic and I will feel like a movie star when i walk out. I never tell him what I want done I just say go for it!!! He is the best colourist I have ever had and believe me I have had a lot. I have been going to Envision for over a year now and enjoy my experience each and every time. Keep up the good work!!! No wonder you win Business Achievers year in year out!

what amazing group of stylist i was in such a state and in need of help the minute i walked in the door to the moment i left i enjoyed the service the ability to deliver what that amazing guy troy said he do i felt i could trust him to work his magic and boy did he what im hooked and yes rebooked thanks again troy and the girls at envision i truely am the envy of my friends because i went to envision !!!!!!

I wont ever return to this hairdressing salon. They left me waiting for over 45mins before advising me that they had double booked me. I rescheduled and was insulted again when derogatory comments were made about the alledged state of my hair. Ive never recommended them since.
