I would not recommend this business they told me several times my car would be ready , it was not I dropped off hire car and spent half a day having to arrange another one.
When the car was finally returned the driver side rear lights did not work.

Horrible business. Please avoid at all costs. Took my car there to be repaired through the NRMA. They left the car filthy, didn't fix the smashed door properly so next time it rained my car was soaked with water. When bringing my car back there for them to fix up the unsealed door, the new replacement car they gave me had no petrol in it... Overall really rude and unhelpful I will never go back and hope potential future customers reading this stay away.. there are plenty of other honest good repair places out there.

I had cause to take my car for repairs after an accident. As I am insured by a leading insurance company I was given a choice of what partner repairer they sent me too. I chose Epsom Smash Repairs. I am really glad I did. From the moment I walked into the reception the staff was really friendly and helpful. The person doing the quote gave me honest advice and the repairs to my car are as good as new including a private repair done at a discounted price. I would recommend anyone who needs their vehicle repaired to speak to the people at Epsom Smash.

Rand to ensure they would be open and able to quote on repairs...was advised to come down. I was advise once there that that they wouldnt quote on the job unless I put it through my insurance company, and otherwise wanted $150 to put something in writing. I went down the road, they quoted on the spot, and I booked the job in. They clearly don't want business.

Over all a very disappointing experience! Poor communication, terrible customer service, my car was given back to me filthy and I was only given a service report when I requested it! I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend them.

Had a minor prang and my front bumper was pushed in with no cosmetic damage to paint. I came by Friday arvo, the guys bent it out and replaced the pins under the hood and charged me nothing. Their receptionist was friendly and helpful and the guys there were great. Would definitely use them if my car was damaged again

The guys - Harry especially, were really helpful. They went out of their way to get me the best price and even did a little bit extra without being asked. Very happy with the service, would definitely use them again

Couldn't be better - they looked afetr my mother's car really well. Fixed everything that needed fixing, but also picked it up and dropped it off to her. She's got a senior s card, so she got a 10% discount - she took me outr for dinner with the savings!

Was selling car - they made it look good - minor touch-ups and good cleaning. Cheap price.

A friend recomended I get my car fixed here and they were great. They picked up my car, took it to the NRMA, fixed it, washed it really well and droped it back to my home. It did not cost me a thing. I love my car and it is better once again.
