I’ve been coming here since I was a young child and it’s been very, very disappointing to see the quality of this practice go downhill. It’s painfully clear the doctors don’t care about their patients. It’s time for me to move on.

I use to attend this medical centre as I assumed given it was a paid service you would get better service. You don’t get a better service it’s like the doctors don’t care. Would see a bulk biller and save your money and your time. Disappointing

After moving here I tried a few doctors, however circled back here. There are a number of doctors that have been here for year and they are always adding new doctors. They have an online booking system so you don't have to wait until they open to make an appointment. They have doctors specialising in pretty much everything and also have nurses on hand for things like immunisations and flu shots. My daughters immunisations are bulk billed just like they would be if I went to the council run sessions. However I can book and appointment for a day and time that suits me.
Also have pharmacy, x-ray and pathology services in the medical complex located directly behind. So no need to drive anywhere can usually get everything done at the same time.

Great family doctors, staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Can always get an appointment when needed for my daughter or myself. The centre is always busy and clean. My daughter loves the toy room, and the GP and nursing staff are very professional and prompt. Sometimes waiting time can be long. I waited about 40 mins last week to see my regular GP. Not bulk billed, but easy to pay and claim Medicare on the spot.

I went there recently with my 6 month old daughter for her vaccination. Was very happy with the GP who was friendly and administered the injection on the spot where I had placed the EMLA cream on my daughter's thigh to minimise any trauma to her. The nurse however placed the injection on purpose outside the num area and after my poor baby screamed out in pain told me I had placed it in the wrong area. Very disappointed, would not go back there to have my child vaccinated!

Always get great medical care at Eramosa Family Medical Centre. Doctors are very caring, other staff are very helpful. Podiatrist is great at her job too.

Easy to phone and make an appointment on short notice and see a General Pratitiioner on reasonably short notice, billing is easy to pay and will claim to Medicare on your behalf, short waiting period
