We recently dined at the Erawan with a group of about twenty to celebrate a birthday. The size of the group was too much to handle for the two young waitresses who hadl little English and less interest in looking after their guests. We sat around for at least twenty minutes without any offer of drinks or menus. When I eventually walked over and asked for a menu the waitress looked at me blankly and then plonked 6 menus in my arms. It just went from bad to worst from there; guests recieved the wrong orders, terrible food and appalling service. There was only one other table occupied in the restuarant so they weren't exactly busy.

Excellent quality and excellent food. The restaurant is beautifully and cleanly presented with attentive and friendly staff. Take-away is also available at reasonable prices. Easy to find parking (the restaurant is just off High street with lots of available parking on Parkhill Rd) The restaurant is open at 6pm and I think booking is required for lunch service. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant!
