I went to Escape Hair and Beauty in Cromer after buying a group buy deal. I'm pretty wary of these deals because my experience is they either try to sell you loads of hair products or add on costs (e.g. toner, treatment etc etc). There is none of that here however. Mia was professional and really lovely. The foils she put in were a great colour and I was in and out quickly! A huge relief. I would definitely recommend this place for hairdressing services.

The eyelash extensions are terrible !! the staff glued them on in a few separate pieces instead of seperately.. after they were finished they were quite heavy ....i ended up pulling them off myself after a couple of weeks and after a couple had fallen off..i bought one of those vouchers for the eyelash extensions which included a mini pedi ,all they did were wash my feet and paint my nails it was pretty unimpressive.. dont know about the rest of services they do so i cant comment ..

Do not get eyelash extensions here!!!! I had a horrific experience. The lashes were so thick and long and plastic like there was nothing natural about them. They were pasted onto my eyes with thick black glue which turned rock hair within minutes and actually hurt my eyes just to close them or blink. The amount of glue used was so thick that my eyes were heavy and extremely irritated. I walked out of the salon looking like a drag queen. When I got home I had to cut the lashes as they were well over 2cms long and looked ridiculous should I blink or close my eyes. The treatment of steam, hot water and olive oil or vaseline to help loosen and remove glue and in turn the lashes did not even come close to working. Nothing in the world was getting those things off my eyes. Luckily I had a friend who has recently completed training in this field and was able to use actual eyelash extension remover to get these off for me. Normally the process would take 1 minute for the remover to begin to work and the eyelashes slide off. I had to have multiple applications of the remover and each time was left on for 5mins or more. The remover does burn your eyes however I just needed to get these things off my face. On the plus side the staff was friendly and nice - but this thick, clumpy and oversized lashes have turned me off for good
