Escapenet is a very poor choice for NBN I got cut off many times without notice the last time was about 7 days.
Very hard to phone them they never answer their phone.
This company is trouble.

PLEASE read me
Escapenet are dodgy they over bill u they don't care about there customers takes over a hour to get through them to them only open as per normal business hours there call back feature doesn't work correctly at all as u leave your message and you can actually get through to them quicker by ringing back. They request to remote access your bank account in many different ways they suspend your services cos you wish to transfer to another company as u are dissatisfied with their. Services don't go anywhere near them I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them and never give them your account details as they will drain every cent from you

I have signed up with Escape net for my broadband and home telephone service. After comparing products and prices of all the competitors, I also checked how long it took to get through to customer service on the telephone - less than 2 minutes (amazing after waiting for ages for providers such as Optus and Telstra!). Not only that, I got put through to the right person first time and didn't get passed from one phone to another - also, I found I was speaking to someone in Australia!!!! My phone service and broadband is as good as what I had previously with Optus and before that Telstra - only its cheaper and when there is a problem, I get it solved quickly and without frustration.
