Been attending Essential Beauty for at least 4 years for IPL, waxing, facials, and general skin care. Tania and Sami have been looking after me. The shop is tiny but manages to fit the essential services provided. A room for IPL , one for facials where the lights are dim and the room is relaxing. I also bought products that have been quite helpful and I can see the results. Prices could be more competitive though. Pas a regular customer I should get more discounts.

Every female that gets their eyebrows waxed knows the difference between a good and bad eyebrow waxing experience.

It can be the difference between feeling a million bucks or like you need to hide your face for 6 weeks.

Finally found a good place and sticking to it!

I request Kristys services because I know she is a pro and can turn my patchy eyebrows into clean nicely arched ones.

Don't risk the straight line or ugly thin ones you might get elsewhere!

I just had some waxing done here, only waited 5 or so minutes not bad as I didn't have an appointment. As far as waxing went the lady did a pretty good job. The service was reasonably priced. There seems to be a big turn over of staff there though.

Nothing special. Every time I went in for a piercing when Cherry wasnt there, I received terrible service. One piercer girl (some larger blonde) actually told me to "suck it up" when I said I was a bit concerned about a tongue piercing.
She wasn't gentle either.
Since then I haven't gone back, and now I won't get pierced anywhere but Cherrycore in Upwey.
Also went in to try and buy a nose ring, the owner had no idea where anything was, I watched him look for 10 minutes before he finally gave up and just said he didn't have any.
Useless place.

i have been here about 8 times now. it easy to get an appointment or you can just walk in. they are open late on thursday and friday nights. they are very professional and usually don't take very long with waxing.

Like the previous review, we are always kept waiting, and staff seem to disappear. Once I went in for a piercing and must have been waiting for 15-20 minutes. But overall staff seemed friendly, and concerned for our well being. My sister got a free changeover, and they seem considerate when appointments need to be canceled. I trust Essential Beauty as I know a few people who have been and recommended it but the service is a bit lacking at times. Their prices are also kind of confusing when they give it.

I am a virgin for these kinda places so can't really compare. But the staff are quite friendly and one gave me a real good discount! Only problem is, though I have an appointment, I'm always kept waiting for at least 10 mins. Been there 3 times now and all times had to wait.

I had my monroe piercing done here - the piercer is really fast and professional and he gives good aftercare advice - although some of the other staff have been a bit disapointing as far as service goes when I have visited with others. When I went to have my jewellery changed I wasn't charged, not even for the new jewellery. All who I have recommended have had pleasant piercing experiences here and have never had issues with healing etc. I don't think I would get pierced anywhere else.
