Went in for a ball change for one of my piercings and got overcharged. Called the next day saying I had been overcharged, it is now middle of the week and I have not heard from the manager or got my money back. Terrible customer service. I have made 4 phone calls to rectify this and still no resolution.
I did visit this salon in hillarys for my navel piercing and wax and I am totally delightful with their services. The place is clean, hygiene.
