EST painted my house inside and out (rendered brick exterior). They worked from 6am until 5pm everyday and the whole house was done within 5 days even allowing for them to come back due to rain.

There are a few things that stand out:

-They are professionally trained painters from Estonia so the quality is great .But because they can only work as handymen here, the price is better (they have public liability insurance but not builders insurance).
-They listened to my needs (eg, overall aims) and executed on what I asked them to do.
-Because they work as a team of , the disruption to my life was minimised vs a single painter who would have taken times as long - or more (10 hour days!!).

My Real Estate Agent suggested a price $2-3K more.

These guys are very skilled, just get on with it and offer very good value for $$$.
