HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE!!!!! I needed three rows of extensions as my hair is so thick. So i called to make a booking at Esther's, over the phone i told her my hair is black and i require three rows ill be coming in at 4 pm on Tuesday. Monday afternoon i popped in the store to confirm my booking as the recent call i had made i was hurried off the phone... yes yes yes its fine the lady in the store had said and rushed me out the store. so Tuesday came around. i walked in and told her about my appointment which she had no idea about and when i finally convinced her i made an appointment she didn't have any black extensions WHAT A SURPRISE!!!!! So..... as i had made plans that night i had gone ahead with dark brown extensions with the need to colour them myself. i was then told my hair would last 3 months however with the need of re-tightening after 6-8 weeks. wow i thought all this for $300???? It hasn't even been 2 weeks and the hair is so thin i look like i have a mullet/rats tail!!!! I have followed all the steps in caring for the hair and to be blunt it looks like crap. i am so embarrassed by it that its been in a bun for the last 5 days. i just called the store to complain to find the women answering the phone very rude and all she could say to me was no one has complained before so you shouldn't be having a problem.. pretty much refused to help me. BAD LUCK LADY I'M HAVING ALOT OF PROBLEMS AND THANK YOU FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!!!
