Not happy. Ordered my router on the 6/10/15. I got my confirmation email through that day and thought that my router was on its way. No Router rocked up so I called up Estore on the 13/10/15 and was told that they were sorry but my router was still sitting in their ware house! So apparently it got sent that day. Today is the 21/10/15 and still no router has arrived. I telephoned and spoke to customer Service who offered to refund my postage (If I had waited 2 more days before ordering I would have got free postage anyway so thats not a biggie) and that was it. Now I have to wait to see if it arrives or cancel the order and be out of pocket and I can then go and order the router from a reliable seller. BUYER BEWARE! Store does not appear to be interested in customer service whatsoever just your money.

The most standout business amongst all the obvious bona fide online sources for my product. The representative went out of his way to gain my confidence & business. Every promise kept. Ordered mid Friday, delivered mid next Monday. Only gripe — out of eStore's hands? — packaging far too loose for a delicate assembly (5TB HD), albeit no damage.

For what it's worth, throughout the deal there was quite an air of genuine, polite welcome.

I would most definitely recommend eStore to others on my minimal experience.

10 days ago we ordered toner from eStore. They said it had been shipped but it has not arrived and our querying email we sent last Friday has not been answered. Up until now we have always been very happy with them but we usually collect our purchases.

Estore was an excellent find for me. It's no secret that buying online is the best way to save. But what about security? I always worry about that but I am pleased to say I've made my first purchase with Estore and had absolutely no problems. The website is a dream to use and the search function works well. It was an easy sign up process and the payment was secure. I purchased a 64GB memory stick at a record price and delivery came as expected. The communication between myself and Estore was great and I got what I wanted at the right price and within the timeframe specified. I have no hesitation in recommending this business and will go back for more.

I recently bought MS Office Home and Student 2010 from Estore, and was impressed with the price and delivery time. I paid $125 for this program, which I found was the cheapest from other sites I had researched. And I received this two days after ordering. Very happy with the price and especially with the quick delivery. Definitely recommend!

I've purchased quite a few hardware and software products through eStore and I've found them to be quite reliable. One particular good experience I had was when I was purchasing an MSDN subscription renewal (MSDN professional) through them. I believed I was purchasing a 1 year subscription and despite a few delays in getting the renewal organised, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a 2 year subscription renewal instead for only $250 extra.

This place provides amazing service despite the fact that they don't have a physical store. Their phone support and help with recommendations and videos of new products makes buying IT equipment easier and it's normally at a very competitive price. The only bug bear is that you need to order $200 to get free shipping so sometimes I prefer to go to the local Officeworks store, let them check estore's price if it is cheaper and then they beat estore's price by 5%! A little tricky but hey, you gotta make sure your hard earned money gets you value! eStore also tends to store more up to date models - which is what happened when it came time to buying a new modem/router - Officeworks had no idea about the modem and eStore was one of the first in Australia to make it available at a price nearly $100 cheaper than it's nearest competitor!

I purchase some items from this online store recently after I heard that they were offering a "no strings attached" $50 voucher. As promised the voucher did not have any strings attached and I was able to get some good ideas for a grand total of $5.00 including postage to WA. I was stunned at how quickly the items arrived (the next day!). I was also impressed by the customer service - one of the items was unavailable so someone quickly emailed me to ask me what I would like to order instead. It was all very quick and efficient. They also have a "deal of the day" that you can subscribe to which has some really great bargains. I would definitely shop here again for any electronic requirements.
