Initially you get the impression that their supplements are made by themselves in house, but really they buy cheap ayurvedic supplements, repackage and rename them and sell them for 4x more. If you know what they are you can find them, the exact same brands they use and renamed themselves for significantly cheaper for yourself.

I've received wonderful advice on diet and lifestyle from Jay, i've learnt so much from chatting to him and reading his books on Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking that I now know how to prepare healthy meals that and suitable for my needs. I no longer feel tired and run down but feel energised and have the energy to be more active. It's great to be able to learn about good & bad carbs alkalinity in foods, levels of magnesium in food grown in Australia...lots of 'food facts' that help you understand why eating un-processed wholesome organic food not only tastes better but you feel better also. I highly recommend a visit and grab one of his books.
