I recently had my hair done here (full head of foils) mid week and it was the BEST I have ever had. Great service - Not 1 rude person, nothing racist, no picking on the apprentices and No Bagging the customers after they have left! (I know, I didn't think it was possible either) Excellent price and for once every one loves it (you know how half the people you know like it darker and the other half like it lighter!) Looks great and I can't wait to go back.

Worst hair colour I've ever had, too many apprentices and not enough senior stylists. Not only did my blonde foils end up a silver/grey but they didn't cover the roots which was the sole purpose of going in there. When I went back and asked them to fix it they said to give it a couple of days and if I still wasn't happy to call the senior stylist. How is 2-3 days going to change the fact that they didnt cover the roots??? I'm definitely not happy but don't have the time to go back before I get married in a week! Not only that but when I looked at my bank statement this morning they had used my card twice, the first one for $20 was obviously a mistake but the second one for $200 wasn't, they didnt even refund the original $20 and they didnt deduct that from the second amount taken out. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment, spend a little extra and go and see someone who actually takes pride in what they do!
