Hired a car to pick up from Avalon Airport and before we had even left the airport, my husband pointed out the exterior of the car hadn't been cleaned, there was mud spray around the hubcaps and my son found a coin on the floor of the vehicle, indicating to me that it hadn't been cleaned on the inside either. Also the petrol tank was only 3/4 full.
