Made a morning booking with Europcar but when I turned up to pick up the vehicle it wasn't there. A little upset because I had to reschedule appointments. Staff endeavored to find a replacement vehicle but were unable to do so in the time required. Staff called after an hour of waiting to advise. I had to rebook for another day. If booking with this company, call the night before to ensure the vehicle is in the yard. Company should print out vehicle checklist the night before to ensure they don't waste customers time.
