My Shutters have been installed 3Years ago....I can honestly say I have never had problems....I would recommend them.
We love the shutter blinds.
But we are having trouble opening and closing the shutters.
On Monday I asked for service to fix this problem. I am still waiting (now Friday) for a reply to my call so I called again. Finally I got a call from a subcontractor to tell me he couldn't help until at least Wednesday next. I do not consider this good service and am very unhappy about it
I had a damaged shutter that was motorised.i think it could be repaired but was 20 years old . They come and replace shutter and replace motor 5 year warranty labour included. with in 7 days from when i call. very happy.
