My husband (Les Zoch) came home singing praises of the nurse Jasmine who attended him yesterday. He was very impressed by her professionalism as he observed her caring compassion towards all the patients she spoke to.

I booked an appointment for my unwell daughter (who is three years old). Having waited over an hour (the usual at this practice) the doctor decided he would take the patient whose appointment was 10 minutes after mine, in first. Having informed the doctor of his mistake he simply turned away and strolled back into his surgery. The patient who he called in made a remark that she too had been waiting and then proceeded to close the doctors door on me!! Disgusting behaviour from the patient but especially the doctor! Obviously I didn't wait around as I couldn't think of anything worse than that DR treating my daughter. No ethics, no morals.
