Genevieve came and did my extensions and was amazingly professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She was honest about the hair and extensions and went out of her way to match them to my own hair which I appreciated. She even helped put me in contact with an awesome hairdresser to cut them in. :) after being stung in the past with dodgy extensions I've never been happier with my new hair!
