Exceptional customer service representative

Molly & Madie are both at the Hornsby cinema counter I asked their help for my problem, my online booking is intentionally to be on Jan 31, 2024 at 3:30pm but the confirmation is dated Jan 27, at 240pm. I’ve tried to contact the cinema to correct the mistake but no direct line to speak with customer service except online support services. Got back support service response and saying that someone will contact me soon. Then another message received, this time asking me what kind of movie did I booked myself, obviously they must know this matter as the computer will ask you to log in into your account before you can book online. So to tell the story short, I went to Hornsby Westfield as the movie will be starting at 240pm today and it’s already 1140am. For the first time in six years booking online, I ve never felt disgusted as I have to go to cinema and correct the mistake. I am so thankful that the staff at the counter, Molly & Madie (M&M they called themselves) are both very helpful, supportive, friendly and very professional to help me. These 2 staff are big credit to this company… Their customer service is really exceptional. I will recommend this place as you have M& M working here. Thank you so much, problem is solved.

Far too overpriced. Plus the uniforms they make the girls that work there wear are degrading and are adding to the sexualization of children.
