I am writing this to say how unsatisfied I am for the representation I have received from Everingham Lawyers.
I felt that a lot of what was done was unnecessary and that I was over charged. I have spent $55,000.00 and still no result.
The Lawyer that was assigned to my case said that she did not have the experience to manage my issue and had to bring in a barrister to negotiate , and I felt that I was ill represented at mediation.
I felt that the way they spoke to me was extremely rude and condescending, there was occasion when the principal of the practice hung up in my ear after speaking to me.
I am currently now using another firm to get my case settled, This is now costing me more to get the results that should have been done in the first place.

I would certainty not recommend Everingham lawyers, [redacted due to generalisations.]

Everinghams handled the sale of our house and were so helpful considering we weren't even in the state when we sold. They were great with communication and suggestions to make sure everything went well at settlement.

These guys handled the purchase of our new home. They did a great job, at one point the receptionist lost all of the copies of our ids, but they were very apologetic and right on the ball when it came to being there for us. They were expensive, but lets face it when it comes to these legal things money well spent !!
