We have had a car serviced by this lot for over 10 years. I always feel like I can trust the mechanic and they always call before completing any expensive work on your car. For a small fee you can get a loan car if needed. Would recommend them to anyone.

Excel Service Centre provide outstanding customer service!!! I am a female and I truly appreciate that anything wrong with my car is explained to me in terms I understand. I have been using these guys for years, I tried another mechanic once as they had a Scoopon special AND NEVER AGAIN! I don't care how tempting the deal is I will stick with who I can trust and who cares about each customers individual situation. Mechanics have a bad reputation, these guys will give you trust in mechanics again!!!

Found someone at last that can take good care of my car - their mechanics explain what needs doing and how much it will cost before going ahead with any exta work on my car. As a bonus my car was cleaned inside and out for free. Because I had a lot of work last time to be done I was given the use of a loan car - great!

Have used this company a couple of times. Very friendly staff and honest mechanic. Being a female, I find it hard to understand the mechanics of my car. The mechanic was very helpful to show me what was wrong with my car. And what a bonus, my car was washed and vacuumed for free!! I would highly recommend.

Their rates aren't very competitive, forgot to treat customers with respect and will charge you for things you thought were already in the price. And don't bring your vehicle late or you will feel like a naughty little boy or girl. Next time I am going to another company!
