His team met with my parents and took care of everything from the design, materials, colour selection, to removal of old kitchen and new installation. I especially appreciated the personal touch - my mum visited the Executive showroom at Guildford and she met the admin & design staff, tradesmen and apprentices. Oh, I almost forgot to add - we were very happy with the price.
