I am a creature of habit, and always go to the same hairdresser; in fact I have followed the hairdresser to all the salons that worked for the last 10 years. I left it too late to make my appointment one day so rang this place and was relieved they could fit me in. However, my relief was short-lived. The staff scrubbed at my head so hard, and pulled my hair so roughly, that I left the place with a headache. Staff was in a hurry, abrupt and nosy. The experienced served as a life-lesson: Make sure to book my appointment at the salon I like, in plenty of time in future! $45 to have my hair washed and blown dry.

Wasn't planning in writing a review but the service here is so awful, and following my second bad experience, I can't help myself. A few months ago I tried a walk in appt for my 5 yr old son. Was asked to wait 5 minutes. After almost half an hour wait time and complete lack of communication (with a few nasty looks thrown our way) we left and went to the barber across the mall which fitted him in immediately and charged less. This place is atrocious, and they charge quite a bit for the privilege.

This place used to be good, but has gone downhill recently. During my last hair appointment, they did not offer to wash my hair. The hairdresser did not separate my hair into layers to cut it, they simply grabbed handfuls and snipped haphazardly. They did not style it at all, and thinned out my hair so viciously that I ended up with a lot of broken hairs on top of my head. They charged me the usual price that includes shampoo and blowdry at the end. I got the impression I was being hurried to accommodate a walk-in appointment, despite my having made an appointment earlier in the week. I won't be going back.
