I love this place and have begged them to franchise elswhere so that I can partake more often now that i'm not near QV. Coffee is delicious and the bagels are awesome! Hot and crunchy edges smeared with tons of cream cheese! Melbourne needs more bagels but this place is great and when you are loyal you get freebies! woo hoo! Blueberry bagel is my fav though the sundried tom one is del too if your in the mood for savoury. Best thing is these bagel cause they are heavy fill you up and are pretty low in fat!

This is one of the few places you can get a fresh tasty bagel in the city. They're fast, there's a reasonable variety to choose from and they taste great. This place does a great coffee too. With a frequent buyer card what more could you want. Good choice in the QV foodcourt.

I go out of my way to get to this place. I'm a uni student so even setting food off-campus is a big deal! Everywhere else I've gotten a bagel they are always hard & dried up. This place bakes them fresh on premises everyday! Mmmmmmm! AND you can get a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a GREAT coffee for 5 bucks!! They have a nifty reward system too if you like freebies (like me) - you get a free bagel after your 7th visit!
