I had eyelash extensions done last Friday at Frankston, were fine for two days and started to fall off and go sideways. No water or moisturiser touched them I was very aware of this. By Monday there were a few straggly ones and they were gone by Monday evening. $85 for three days or less is not good enough! Never again, don't waste your money. Every other ones I have had lasted weeks.

I came to this place a month ago and the lady did my eyebrows for $10. she advised that $10 for every different service as in $10 for eyebrows and $10 for forehead if i want to get it done. i advised her to do my eyebrows and she charged $10. After a month i went there today, another lady did a very haphazard job and said $20 for just eyebrows. I told her that i was charged $10 last time and her response to that was " sorry that you were", which doesn't make sense. I am fromPerth and not familiar to places here hence I drove all the way from Chelsea for eyebrows as its the only place i know and i told that to the lady but she said she has never seen $10 at her salon before. She had no solution to the issue , she just starred at me for a while. I walked out never to come back as a loyal customer again.

HAD MY EYEBROWS DONE LAST NIGHT AND AFTER SHE HAD FINISHED THE FIRST BROW AND ASKED ME IF THE SHAPE WAS OK I TOLD HER THERE WAS A GAP WHERE MY HAIR WAS MISSING SHE LOOKED AND TOLD ME THAT "THIS IS THE PERFECT SHAPE FOR MY BROWS -I DON'T THINK HAVING A GAP IN MY BROW IS PERFECT!!! ALSO, USING THE SAME THREAD AND COTTON BALLS IN THE TALC OVER AND OVER AGAIN ON PEOPLE IS NOT VERY SANITARY!!!!!

I asked if I could have my eyebrows threaded and was told a therapist would be available in about 5 mins.
Therapist was with a client and seemed very nice.
I returned in 5 mins and another therapist was there and now ready to do my eyebrows. I asked this therapist if I could pay by Eftpos. She said something that sounded like "yes if over $20" when I asked her to repeat herself because I didn't quite hear her she snapped back and stated loudly "yes! If its over $35!".
I thought her attitude was extremely rude towards me as a potential customer. So I politely advised her that I was no longer wanting my eyebrows threaded and walked out.
I have my eyebrows usually threaded in the CBD and it is a little inconvenient for me. Exquisite Eyebrows is very handy for me as its local to home. However, I've never been spoken to that way by the salon in the city so I'm definitely not going to change for this kind of service.
The cost is $20. The same as I pay in the CBD. I expect to pay more for Melbourne CBD and so I also think Exquisite Eyebrows is a little over priced. There's another salon in Frankston I know does eyebrow threading an they charge a more reasonable $15. So I'll be checking them out this week.
Sorry Exquisite Eyebrows ... Perhaps your threading might even be exquisite but your service is definitely not.
