Very fancy optometrist with great range of cool frames, but the service is horrendous. The optometrist is saw was rude, condescending, and kept laughing at me when I answered her questions, like I was an idiot. Very convoluted payment system as well, it takes a good 20 minutes just to pay!

Be warned, they also have a store in South Yarra, and I went to both and they were as bad as each other.
